I’m getting ready to brew a porter for the first time.  In front of the porter, the Chinook Single Hopped IPA will be going into a keg, and the Brambling Cross Single Hopped IPA will be going into secondary fermentation where it will be dry hopped.  The force carbonation worked out awesome.   It took a couple of conversations with Dave from Coast Brewery, and some YouTube videos before we got it right, but once it was there it tasted phenomenal. What an easy alternative to bottling.  Now I’ve just got to get a hold of some more kegs and add more taps to my kegerator.
