Single Hop IPA
I just pitched the yeast into my first batch of Single Hop IPA. I used Centennial Hops. 1 oz. at 75, 60, 30, and 10 minutes. It was a 90 minute boil. I have one more oz. to dry hop it with. In the process of doing that, I prepared to bottle the Wit Bier and moved the Belgian Imperial IPA to secondary fermentation.
The Wit Bier produced 23-22 oz. bottles and 6-12 oz. bottles.
